Who we are
Emaride is a mobility technology company, built on a clear division of labour: licensed transport operators do what they do best — move people safely. We do what technology does best — make that effortless to find, to book, and to trust.
We do not own vehicles. We do not employ drivers. Every ride arranged through Emaride is carried out by an independent, licensed transport company that runs its own business, holds its own permits, and carries its own insurance.
That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Across Europe there are transport companies with decades of local knowledge and no realistic way to reach the passengers who need them. We do not want to replace those companies. We want to give them the reach that technology makes possible, while they keep their business, their drivers and their independence.
What we do
We build and operate the platform where the two sides meet. A passenger sees the price before confirming, follows the vehicle in real time, pays in the app, and knows who is accountable if something goes wrong. An operator receives structured demand, clear terms, and a payment process that settles predictably.
Between those two experiences sits the part most people never see: verification of every partner’s registration, licence, insurance and driver documentation before activation, and continuous monitoring of those documents afterwards. Trust is not a promise on a homepage. It is a process, and we treat it as one.
Where we are
Emaride is preparing to launch in Luxembourg, with a structured expansion across the European Union to follow.
We are building in a deliberate order. Licences, contracts, insurance cover, data protection and partner onboarding are completed before the first public ride — not after it. It is the slower way to start. We think it is the only way to earn the trust a mobility platform has to have.
What we hold ourselves to

- Verification before activation.No operator carries an Emaride booking until their documents have been checked. No exceptions for speed.
- Partnership, not dependency.Our partners are businesses, not units of supply. They keep their identity, their customers and their right to say no.
- European by design.We are established in Europe and built to European standards of data protection and consumer rights — not adapted to them after the fact.
